1. No Return Policy

🚫 We do not accept returns on food products once they have been delivered.

This policy is in place to ensure:

2. Exceptions (Eligible for Replacement Only)

While returns are not accepted, we offer replacement or refund in the following cases:

• ✅ Product received is damaged or leaking
• ✅ Incorrect item delivered

3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
• Share your order details

👉 Requests made after 24 hours may not be considered.

4. Replacement Policy

• Approved cases will be eligible for replacement of the same product
• If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns/replacements will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Incorrect address provided
• Delivery failure due to customer unavailability
