At EatingReady Pvt Ltd, we strive to deliver high-quality ready-to-eat meals. Due to the nature of food products, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

To request cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


2. Returns Policy

🚫 Due to the perishable nature of food products:

  • Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered.
  • This is to ensure safety and hygiene standards.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will be provided only in the following cases:

  • ✅ Product received is damaged or leaking
  • ✅ Incorrect item delivered
  • ✅ Product is expired or defective

4. Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Share your order details

👉 Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.


5. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in cases such as:

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality
  • Personal taste preferences
